From the moment you arrive, nature is at the forefront of your experience. Secluded in trees the tiny house nestles into the hills above an historic cottage on untouched pastoral country that has only seen family members for the last 130 years. Regeneratively grazed cattle wander the land keeping weeds under control and adding organic matter that ultimately helps keep carbon in the soil to fight climate change.


Large picture windows connect you to the outside throughout the home creating the sensation of sleeping and living in the trees. 


While you’re there, spend time photographing Australian animals including endangered black cockatoos, emus and kangaroos that roam the 750-hectare property freely. Sip wine, read books, hike to the beach and enjoy nature at it’s finest.


The property is surrounded by some of the most stunning countryside. Four-wheel drive only track lead to the best surfing and fishing beaches in Australia. Lake Jasper has been recognised as one of the five most important wetlands for waterbirds in the South West, and twitchers will be able to see many species here and is the perfect spot to a Kayak. Augusta, Margaret River and Nannup are also within an hour’s drive.
