Fantastic. Private luxurious cabin tucked away in the woods for a perfect getaway. It was very peaceful, quiet and recharging; within a comfortable hike to the southwest scenic rugged coastline. Everything was well organised and communicated... and the amenities were great. The amount of prepared firewood provided for the fire pit and an indoor fire was a special and appreciated touch - highly recommend this stay.

What a beautiful stay! It was so beyond perfect for a couple get away. being surrounded by nature and best of all the cutest cows I have ever seen. It was so lovely sitting outside playing board games and getting away from the city life. The house is equipped with quite literally everything you’d need ☺️ it’s super off-grid, it was an adventure in itself getting there, but we brought our 4w4 and really enjoyed the drive - we also went down to the secluded beach for a look and it was absolutely stunning, we even saw whales from the top of the track!! This is your sign to get away amongst nature - because there’s no better way. Keryn, thank you so much for being so accommodating and helpful - we will be back very soon we are still in awe of how incredible the place was, do yourself a favour and book!!

What a little amazing retreat! Fantastic place in the middle of the nature, the tiny cabin is just a dream!! We would wake up every morning and see the wildlife around us, the view was just stunning! Would definitely go back!! What an experience!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Slip Rails. It was easy to find and instructions were clear. The location of the cabin is truly special as it is situated on private land bordered by a national park and the ocean. The location is private and quiet allowing you to switch off. You can walk to the ocean on a beautiful bush walk and sometimes you can even hear it at the cabin. The cabin has all the amenities you’ll need. We will definitely go again. You will struggle to find a more secluded and beautiful spot!

The little house republic was exactly as we expected! Perfect little secluded get away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. The hike down to the beach was well worth the walk! Epic views from the bench seat over looking the roaring waves! It’s in my favourites list and hope to have an opportunity to stay here again!

This little oasis is so beautiful - could not recommend more. My partner and I had the most wonderful and wholesome few days staying in this dreamy cabin. There is so much open nature to explore - we took the 4km hike down to the beach, explored the land around the cabin and adored every second! The cabin had all the amenities you could possibly need provided, and was so homey. If you want to get away and check out from the business of the world this is the place for you. Keryn was also fabulous, she was so attentive and friendly, answering all my messages and even went to far as to provide fresh Mandarins from her tree for us to enjoy. All in all 11/10!
